I had the most delicious lunch last Friday and I did not have to cook it! Score! As many of you know I am new to Flower Mound, Texas and have been so excited to try all the local restaurants. I do love to cook, but I also love to go out eat too! So you can imagine my excitement when I found out Modmarket was opening in Flower Mound.

I was invited to a bloggers event at Modmarket. I had a chance to have lunch with some fantastic bloggers and also meet the awesome people who make this place happen!

Modmarket was started in Boulder, CO and has locations all over Colorado. Flower Mound is their first location to open in Texas. They use local, organic, seasonal foods so the menu will always be changing. They serve salads, sandwiches, soups, brick oven pizzas, plated dishes, and breakfast.  Everything is made fresh and can be prepared gluten free. No worries if your vegan, they have a menu for that too. Definitely a great place to eat where there is something for everyone. Oh, and they serve organic wine for $2 a glass and craft beer for $3.50 a glass. Sounds good to me! Everything was very reasonably priced and tasted amazing!

As you can tell I am super excited about this restaurant opening! I think it is a great business and as you know I am a huge supporter of local businesses.

So if you are in the area I definitely recommend giving Modmarket a try!
