Another healthy alternative for any event. Black bean salsa is a great, low calorie finger food to snack on and if you’re lucky enough to have any left over, it also makes a great topping for fish.
Ingredients
- Can of black beans rinsed and drained
- Chopped red pepper
- One small jalapeno diced
- One small red onion diced
- Shoe peg corn
- Fresh cilantro
- Palm full of cumin
- Balsamic dressing
So I have made a recipe very similar to this one… I just haven’t used the cumin before, but will try it with the cumin next time. It looks amazing and you don’t feel guilty eating it.
Cumin is my favorite “go to” spice. Definitely less guilt than other dips.
